The ASUS Prime AP202 ARGB is a compact Micro-ATX PC case designed for builders who want a showcase-style chassis without moving to a full-sized ATX enclosure. Its panoramic curved tempered-glass panel wraps from the front to the side of the case, providing a wide view of the internal components and making the finished PC a prominent part of a desk setup.

Despite its compact Micro-ATX format, the AP202 ARGB provides generous hardware compatibility. It supports both Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX motherboards, graphics cards up to 420mm long, CPU air coolers up to 175mm tall and power supplies up to 200mm long. This gives builders considerable freedom when selecting performance-focused components.

Cooling is a major focus of the design. ASUS uses a patented slot-vent arrangement to introduce airflow into the lower section of the chassis, helping provide additional cooling for the graphics card. The case can accommodate a top-mounted radiator up to 360mm and supports up to nine 120mm fans in total, allowing users to build systems with substantial airflow capacity.

The AP202 ARGB arrives with three pre-installed 120mm ARGB fans. Two are positioned on the side and one at the rear, providing a useful starting point for system cooling without requiring a separate set of case fans immediately. The included fans feature extra-thick 28mm frames and 20 addressable RGB LEDs, while the integrated ARGB light band adds additional illumination to the exterior of the build.

The panoramic tempered-glass panel is designed to make component installation and maintenance more convenient. ASUS incorporates an easy-detach rail and anti-drop mechanism to help make removing and reinstalling the curved panel safer and simpler. The glass itself is produced through a multi-stage process involving cutting, edge grinding, heat treatment, bending, inspection and safety evaluation.

Connectivity is handled through the top-mounted front I/O panel, including a USB Type-C port capable of transfer speeds up to 20Gbps, alongside two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports and a combined headphone/microphone connection. The case also uses a unified front I/O header to simplify connecting the front-panel cables to a compatible motherboard.

Cable management is supported by a dedicated 30mm space behind the motherboard, giving builders room to route and conceal power and front-panel cables. This is particularly useful in a panoramic case where visible cable clutter can detract from the appearance of the completed system.

In addition, we perform comprehensive stress tests to identify any other potential hardware problems that may not have been reported by the customer. The customer is regularly updated on the status of the evaluation.

4. Repair:
Once the hardware issue is confirmed, we send the product to an authorized repair center, such as Pinnacle Micro or Mustek, for thorough repairs.

5. Completion and Verification
After the repair is completed, we collect the product within 24 hours and perform a final stress test to confirm the issue has been fully resolved.

6. Customer Notification
The customer is promptly notified when their product is ready for return.

7. Return Shipping
The repaired product is sent back to the customer at no additional cost, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
